Shipping, Delivery & Timescales


Granny Marsha’s dolls are shipped from Bangor, Northern Ireland and can be delivered worldwide. UK delivery is £4.95, which covers Royal Mail tracked and signed parcel, to be sure that your beautiful doll arrives with you safe and sound

Within the EU, tracked and signed delivery is £8.95 and worldwide, £11.95

Granny Marsha keeps a healthy stock of dolls ready to ship to make sure you don’t have to wait, but with the timescales involved in making each doll by hand, sometimes demand can outstrip supply! In these times (and also with custom dolls), it can be up to 2 weeks from the time you place your order to when it is dispatched.

If you need to know if a doll is available immediately, please do Contact Us and we’ll double check just to be sure it’s ready to go when you order.


On the off chance that there is some issue with your doll or it’s not exactly what you were expecting or you need to return it for whatever reason, that’s no problem. Granny Marsha wants you to be happy with your new doll – they’re made to be loved.

Provided the doll is returned in the same good condition in which it was sent, we will refund your payment as long as the return is made within 30 days of the date the order was placed. It’s a shame that it is necessary, but all returns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  For more information on returning your doll, please contact us here. We do not cover delivery costs on returns and we do not refund the original shipping charges to you. As soon as the doll is received (in the same good condition it was sent), we’ll issue your refund

If your doll needs repaired after the 30 day period, please do let us know via the Contact Us page. The dolls are very sturdy and with the required love and affection, they will last a lifetime and maybe longer, but material things do sometimes need repair. Granny Marsha will help any doll in need of repair for up to one year after purchase free of charge, provided the damage was not malicious or intentional. Again, this is on a case by case basis, but we do want you to continue to love your doll for years to come. Delivery is not covered, but the repair is. After a year from purchase, if your doll is in need of repair, please do still contact us – the repair will not be free, but we do promise that we will keep it as affordable as possible.
